Vintage 90’s Betsey Johnson top. Velvet floral-black long sleeve high neck with a cute peep hole accent, secured by a button closure at collar. Tons of stretch, best fits size medium to large. In amazing condition, looks as though the loop for button closure as been re sewn but the tailoring is done on the inside and very minimal.
