Vintage Betsey Johnson Velvet Bustle Jacket

This vintage jacket by Betsey Johnson is made out a comfortable velvet-like material and features a bustle-line pattern in the back with adjustable ties, black buttons down the front made out of the same material as the rest of the jacket, and a black ruffle around the rim of the collar that also has adjustable ties. One of the tags attached to the jacket also contains an extra button in case one falls off.
