Sick dress, wish it still fit me. 5 layers of tulle, tie waist, zipper back, sweetheart neckline. Strapless, but like most Betseys there are fabric bra hooks inside to add your own straps. Bust 36” fully stretched, waist 28”, hips free, length 27” at longest.
