Vintage Betsy & Adam cocktail dress

Like new condition, newly dry cleaned, vintage Betsy & Adam formal cocktail or prom dress, with fold over bow detail and removable belt. Listed as size 3-4 but would be an American 0 or 2. Folded flat the bust is 15in across but as the back dips there is a bit of room, with boning to maintain shape. Waist is snug at 12.5in across. Material does not stretch much, 100% acetate with a delicate sheen. Skirt starts at natural waist and is full and round with lots of movement. No rips, stains or pulls, in perfect condition. Such a fun dress for a fun occasion! Purchased at a vintage shop in Grosse Pointe, Michigan many years ago, sitting waiting for someone else to wear it!
