vintage from the 90s / y2k era from my personal collection, haven't worn this in years so I'm letting it go to a new home. immaculate used condition, no flaws. there is no fabric content tag but the fabric is a very unique, semi sparkly, heavy & stretchy polyester blend. it flows and drapes nicely. dress is marked Small but could easily fit XS. it is extremely stretchy. mannequins measurements are 34/26/34
