A little candlestick with a weighted base. Stamped Birks E. P. N. S.
Just under 5 inches tall. I have not polished this , so you have vintage patina! If you choose to polish I recommend very gently with Wrights silver cream.

beautiful...i have a couple of these passed down for over a hundred years and i was told that they were vases...and i use them all summer for flowers...
