Vintage Bitossi Red Glazed Ceramic Ashtray Italian Mid Century Modern Pottery

This vintage Bitossi ashtray features a striking red lava-style glaze with an embossed diamond band motif encircling the body. Its bold color and sculptural form embody the mid-century modern Italian pottery style Bitossi is renowned for. Originally designed as an ashtray, it also works beautifully today as a decorative catchall bowl for keys, jewelry, or small trinkets. Estimated era: Mid-20th century (1950s–1970s).
