Really nice black vintage crinkle fabric high rise pants by ANNA. Elastic waist & drawstring. Can wear loose or more fitted. Made in Canada. Tagged L. Please see measurements, last pic. A little over 1” of let down. Pants have been hemmed. Great vintage condition. No signs of wear that I can see. I also have the matching blouse. * says hand wash. I didn’t think it was necessary and washed in machine on delicate. No ill side effects! mom grandma granny
