Vintage Black Dress with Puff Sleeves/V cut out back

80’s Vintage dress with sheer puff sleeves. Says size 7/8, has room for error because it can be cinched at the waist and sizing has changed…I’m guessing a 4-7 would fit best? Featuring a large V cut in the back and the high neck, I’m obsessed! Shoulder pads, but can be removed. Super classy witchy vintage vibes! Can be dressed up or down.
