Vintage Black Evening Bag, Clutch, Kiss Lock, Ruffles & Silver Trim

Vintage black clutch evening bag with ruffled top, kiss lock and silver trim. There is a spot to attach a chain strap but it did not come with one. Hinged opening, black interior with inside pockets. Very clean. Excellent vintage condition.
