Vintage Black Lace Lined Pencil Skirt - 4/6, 26-27"

Gorgeous, fully lined, lace pencil skirt. Scalloped hem, zips up at the back, just above the knee. Vintage, most likely from the '90s. Marked sz8, but barely zips up on my sz6/Small - so ideally for a 26-27" waist. Here are the approx measurements: Waist - 13.5" Length - 19" GUC!
