Vintage Black Lacquer Korean Jewelry/Music Box - Mother of Pearl Inlay, Brass

This vintage jewelry box is lovely and filled with many ornate details - a turtle closure, brass fixtures to the front and back hinges, hinges on both side embellished with cranes, Mother Of Pearl Inlay to the dancing figures, the children and dogs, the moon and mountains, wind up musical feature that plays a melodic Asian tune. Box is in very good vintage condition - wind up feature for music winds easily and is not seized up. Hinges to front and back are secure, all Mother of Pearl inlay is intact. There is a slight 'cut' to the inside of the box as well as some minor overflow of what appears to be glue - see photos. Doesn't impact the interior of the box. Red felt is clean and intact on the inside. There is a very small loss of the lacquer finish at the back of the box - see photo - as well as some scuff marks that are minor. I believe this is a scene from a Gannangsullae ceremony in Korean culture where women dance in ceremonial costumes beneath a full moon on the eighth lunar month of Korean thanksgiving.
