19 inches Pit to Pit. Waist 18.5” Hip 21” measured flat. This is a truly gorgeous vintage long coat that I’ve had in my closet for years and only worn once. It still looks brand new — no visible wear anywhere. The fur is plush and pristine, the hem shows no signs of use, and even the pockets are in perfect condition. It’s such a beautiful, timeless piece, and I’m honestly a little sad to part with it. The original belt is missing — I’m not sure where it ended up — but I’ve added something even more special in its place. I’m a leather worker, and I’ve made a brand new belt from vegetable-tanned leather that I hand-dyed myself. It features one of my favorite touches: an octopus belt buckle that adds a striking, whimsical charm to the whole look. I also replaced the inner button for closure with one that’s more visible — a beautiful, sturdy button you can easily find even in low light. It adds just a bit of extra character and function to this already exceptional coat. There’s no size tag, but I’d say it fits like a medium to medium-large. For reference, I’m a solid medium, and it fits me comfortably. This coat is a one-of-a-kind combination of vintage elegance and artisan detail — a truly unique piece waiting to be worn and loved again.
