Vintage Black Long Sleeve Dress

Vintage dress in a drapey synthetic fabric with waist-defining ruching and beadwork. Drapes from shoulders over bust with v-neck. Slight bat-wing sleeves, long, with some minor loose stitching near wrist. Approximately knee-length, 40 inches from shoulder to hem. Slightly drop waist where fitted mid-section ends and drapey skirt starts at hip. Tag says small but vintage small is closer to x-small. Waist is fairly small (fits 24-27 inches, I’d say). Bust area is roomier for up to D cup. I’m C36 and it’s a little loose in the chest. 100% polyester. I’d guess from the 80s but in a 1930s-40s film noir style. Slight figure skater vibes, too. 100% hourglass effect.
