Vintage Black Oversized Fascinator

This vintage fascinator (or maybe it's a hat?) was purchased 15 years ago from an estate sale. Beautiful, black fascinator/hat with the entire top made of soft black feathers. It is in good condition and has never been worn. I am guessing it was originally from a hat shop that went out of business as many of the hats I bought still had the tags attached, as does this one. It will be lots of fun to wear!!!
