Black vintage dress pants. Unknown brand but has Union label. Fabric unknown; quite possibly wool as it says dry clean on the tag. Front of pants are lined to the knee area in a light weight lining fabric. Front double pleats and angled pockets. Back buttoned pockets. Bottom leg width 9 1:4” NOTE small flaw - tiny hole at front and small mark, as shown in the photo
