Vintage Black Pillbox Style Hat with Beadwork & Tulle Tapered from 4" tall down to 3" tall. Facetted beads catch the light in a pretty swirling pattern. Matching black tulle overlay spans the entire hat. Unbranded. Approximately 20.5" inside around. Note: tear in tulle seen on picture #7.
