Vintage Black Stone and Silver Women's Ring Size 7

This elegant women's ring features a striking black stone set in a beautifully crafted silver band. I believe it is a size 7. I’m new at measuring rings so please confirm the size shown in the photos. Difficult to see but the inside of the ring says F Sterling. I’ve attempted to show this in the last photo.
