Vintage Black Velvet Belt with Rhinestone Buckle 34-38"

A pretty belt great for parties or to add some sparkle to your life! Canadian made in black velvet, it says "Collage" inside. The buckle was made in Italy and has gold-tone with the rhinestones. About 1 1/4" width, it measures about 38.5" from buckle base to farthest hole, with 4" adjustment available.
