Vintage Black Velvet Blazer

This item was purchased by my mom in the 90s but shes decided to make room in her closet. The jacket is dark black like in the cover photo, my other pics just came out a little overexposed so it looks lighter in the picture. Its labeled size 12 but that may be Australian as it fits like a US M or 8. It shows a few signs of light wear. This item does not have shoulder pads. The mannequin is a size medium Open to offers :)
