Vintage Black Velvet Maxi-Midi Skirt, Northern Traditions

This vintage Northern Traditions skirt is estimated to be an XS size. 26” (66cm) waist all the way round, 33” (84cm) skirt from bottom of waistband to bottom of hem. On a smaller person than the one in the photo, it would probably be floor length. It is made of high quality 100% rayon velvet, unlined, in excellent condition. It has knife pleats all the way around. The closure is an invisible zipper at the back, with a discreet button where the zipper meets the waistband.
