Features! - Adorable vintage skirt with black, velvety type material - Cute white lace ‘corset’ tie closure - White lace detailing along the bottom part of the skirt! - Additional button & zipper closure on the back! APPROXIMATE Measurements (laying flat) Waist: 13.75” Length: 28” Condition: Excellent vintage condition with no noticeable flaws!
