Vintage Black Velvet Witchy Dress

I absolutely adore this dress but it’s sadly too small for me. I bought it at a cool thrift shop in Victoria BC and only got to wear it once! On me it’s midi length (I’m 5’10”) so I think it’s probably supposed to be maxi length. The inner liner is 100% silk and the velvet top is 100% Rayon (according to tag). Lie Flat Measurements: PtP: 19” Waist: 20” (with ties to cinch) Hips: 23” Skirt Length (waist to hem): 36” No stretch in the dress. From a pet free, smoke free home. I also use scentless detergent.
