Vintage Black Velvet Women' s Beret Cap Handmade Hat With Bow and Lined Estate sale find. I had the fortunate opportunity to go to an estate sale where the lady who lived there collected hats. I have close to 100 hats; some are designer and some are handmade. This hat is handmade, measures 21" around the inside of the rim. It is 10" in length. Genty pre-owned in very good condition.
