Vintage Black & White Evening / Formal Gown

Gorgeous Vintage Black & White Evening / Formal Gown - new with tag Dress has a long loose flowy high rise skirt which is a mesh striped layer over solid underlay. The upper part is black and ties in the back. Waist measurement in photos. Upper part is a bit more flexible as it ties in the back. Skirt length is approximately 43“ from the top of white skirt to the bottom. I would say it fits like a 4-6 (Small) in my opinion in however it is mainly dictated by the waist measurement so please refer to that. Unfortunately I can’t find the size tag - unsure if there just wasn’t one or if it came off somehow.
