Vintage Black & White Polka Dot Women's Sheer 90's Ruffled Blouse (Size M) Stylish 90s inspired vintage black & white polka dot blouse with full ruffled collar and ruffled cuffs; black pearl button closure at the cuffs and chest; no size or composition tag but measures 20" armpit to armpit; great to tuck into jeans or layer under a jacket. How I’ve Been Styling: I love pairing this with mid- or high-rise jeans and some loafers! Noted Flaws: This piece has some of the normal wear of vintage poly items, including frayed threads where seams meet etc., however, I usually just trim with some scissors when I notice.
