Vintage blouse top or cover up by RACHAEL in hot pink fuchsia. Loose fit, elbow length sleeves. Nice details - closely spaced double button front closure, gathers/pleats front, back & sleeve tops, ribbed (for lack of a better word) at cuffs, front & back yolks. Small funny shoulder pads (pic). Made in Korea. Tagged size 16; please see measurements 2nd last pic. Great vintage condition other than 2 small pulls (they wouldn’t really photograph) left front. Wear on its own, or over a tank or tee.
