Vintage Blouse by Jasmine

This lovely vintage top is in great vintage condition. Really fun vintage pattern. Has shoulder pads. There is no fabric tag but I believe this is a polyester chiffon. The size tag says 11 but this is vintage sizing and based on the measurements I would say this fits as a medium. Please note the lay flat measurements carefully prior to purchase.
