Vintage Blouse top with embroidery details, bell cuffs

says sz 12 but it fits my shoulders and I'm usually an XS. it's loose and flowy, boxy fit on the body, hits just below the waist. Beautiful vintage embroidery on the bell cuffs. I'd say XS-S. a bit dusty, needs a wash!
