Vintage Blue Floral Embroidered Sweater

Blue short sleeve sweater with colorful embroidered florals, large yellow and red flowers, also has some seaquin details. Perfect for a cozy summery look. No tags, could be homemade, or tags could have been removed. Front buttons, short sleeves, if you can sew, you could likely turn it into a cute vest if preferred. 21" ptp and 22" shoulder to hem. It would likely fit size medium-large well. Had a small flaw, thread showing on one of the flowers and missing a couple of seaquins, see photo.
