Vintage Blue & Gold Elastic Accent Belt

This vintage belt is made of a gold tone metal and blue fabric, and has a sort of toggle clasp closure. The metal pieces have swirling lines through their ends that are filled with a black paint of some kind. The metal sits on a blue faux leather patch on either side, which attaches to the strap. The belt strap is wide and made of a blue elastic, stretching from end to end. The belt has normal wear including tone loss/change in the metal, and loss of some of the black line paint. The elastic also has some small waves from wear, but it is minimal. The length of the belt is not adjustable, just elastic.
