Shoulder seam to shoulder seam - 16" Arm length - 24" Chest - 36" - 40" Waist - 32" Lower hem - 22" Length - 24.5" Pop over style. Skirt: Fully lined. Waist - 26" - 31" (elastic) Hip - 38" (no stretch to lining at hips) Length - 30.5" Some stretch to knit. Elastic waist pull on style. Make sure to look at the hip measurements as you will need to pull the skirt on over the hips or over the head. Good condition. I spotted two very minor/faint marks on the lower front of this piece.
