Vintage Blue Mountain Pottery Chip and Dip Bowl

Rare chip and dip bowl from Blue Mountain Pottery Measurements: see pics To note: there is crazing in the glaze throughout and one spot has a little rough dip on the rim. See last 2 pics. There is also what looks like a semi-circle hard water stain on the inside bottom surface, but it wasn't showing up on camera.
