This highly collectible dish is an authentic piece of Canadian ceramics made by the famous Blue Mountain Pottery (BMP) studio in Collingwood, Ontario, which operated from 1953 to 2004. It features the iconic drip glaze technique that BMP is known for, with a stunning, glossy blend of Teal/Turquoise and black swirling glazes, often referred to as the "Swirl" or "Drip" finish.
This piece is made of redware pottery and is confirmed as Blue Mountain Pottery by the presence of a sticker (or mark) on the base.
