Vintage Blue Pleather Utility Jacket

Reselling this thrifted vintage jacket. blue pleather- size medium but fits more like a XS. Its super cute and in good condition for vintage- only a few spots where the pleather is fraying. I have never worn it- thrifted it mid-pandemic but its too tight and short in the arms now. Approximate measurements: bust (armpit to armpit): 15 inches length: 13 1/2 inches waist: 30 inches
