Vintage Blue Ribbon with Gold Heart Pendant

Elegant blue ribbon with a gold heart pendant. Features a crown design with sparkling accents. I received this cute piece in a batch of vintage jewelry. It has no markings that I can locate, so I believe this is costume jewelry and the gold is a metal alloy. The crystals are all present, and the latch that holds the heart closed is nice and stiff, so you can depend on the heart to safely hold your precious photos! There is a loop at the top of the bar that holds the ribbon so the brooch can be turned into a pendant on a chain.
