Vintage Blue Woven Skirt With DIY Needlepoint Stripe Fix M

Good vintage condition. No holes or stains. No pilling or pulls. The DIY needlepoint strip was created to repair a rip. See close ups. Technically the strip is on the back of the skirt with the tiny middle slit, but I have worn it both ways and it looks cute either way. No tags, size M chosen. Asked on measurements in pics.
