Vintage Bombay Co Neoclassical Empire Style Mahogany Box Jewelry Box Brush gold

This is a vintage Neoclassical Empire style mahogany storage chest from the Bombay Company, circa 1990s. It can be used as a jewelry chest, valet box, or displayed on a dining room sideboard or bookshelf. Crafted from high-quality wood, this chest is heavy and solid with 4 antiqued gold metal capped neoclassical Corinthian columns at each corner and 4 antiqued gold metal scrolled feet. The interior is lined with black velvet. The intricated detailing will look gorgeous wherever you display it, adding a touch of elegance to either your bedroom or outer rooms. The chest is in very good, preloved condition with very little wear - there are a few scratches but they are very hard to see and did not show up on the pictures. There is some wearing of the back metal feet (see pics compared to photos of the front feet), but you do not see this as it faces forward.
