The frame is round and made of light-pressed solid brass, with a rolled, cut-out edge. It resembles a large coffee-cup saucer. The color print in the frame (under the glass well) is a charming scene of an English village. The frame has a built-in hanging tab on the back for ease of display, marked "Made In England."
