Vintage Brass Candle Holder With Candle & Snuffer

A vintage brass candle holder with a loop to allow it to be carried around; it comes with the red candlestick in the pictures. It looks like the sort of candle holder Scrooge carried around in movies of A Christmas Carol. It comes with a candle snuffer; both it and the holder have a spot where the brass have become blackened, see the last 2 pictures. It is 7 1/4" tall and is 6" wide at the base.
