Cobalt, gold Vintage (1979) George Good Corp | Josef Originals limited-edition Christmas plate featuring a central image of Santa's Toy Mill based on original artwork by Brian Day which features Mr. and Mrs. Claus busy in the toy workshop constructing a wooden boat with a stray deer watching from outside the open door and a teddy bear looking out the open window above with a trumpet in hand. The wording Christmas 1979 is set below the image in gold script and the plate bears Brian Day's signature bottom left. In EXCELLENT! condition with NO! chips, nicks, cracks or fleabites and NO! marks, stains, scratches or other signs of use or wear. The central Santa's Workshop imagery and cobalt verge are bright and vivid with NO! fading. Plate is made in Japan. Approximate measurements: 11" in diameter
