Vintage Bright Yellow Vinyl Raincoat Jacket Slicker 🦢

This bright yellow jacket is made of shiny vinyl. It has a sailor collar, 1 rubber button closure, cuffed sleeves, side pockets and slits and vents under the arms to keep you from getting overheated. It is in good condition - only worn once as part of a costume but it does have a tear in the vinyl on the inside collar and there are some dark marks on the vinyl that I have not tried to clean.
