F2 A vintage British Museum Publications reproductions of a nicely detailed gold tone sleeping cat. The brooch is inspired by an 18th Century Japanese hanging scroll painted by an Edo period woman named Fukui. The beautiful silk scroll depicts a black and white cat sleeping under pale pink and ivory colored peonies. The brooch is 4 x 2 cm, and has a pin back. In very good condition.
