Vintage British National Service 1939-1960 Tie

This vintage tie from the British National Service (1939-1960) doesn't have a tag listing material content, but for a durable work tie, my best guess is going to be polyester related. The tie is blue with yellow, red, and white diagonal stripes. The interior of the tie is red. There is a maker's tag stitched horizontally across the back of the thicker end of the tie. There is normal wear and I believe the thin end could use a stitch at the very end, but the tie is still very wearable.
