Vintage Bromwell 3 cup metal sifter / farmhouse decor- shabby chic kitchen - used slightly if at all. This is a great collectible for a farmhouse or shabby chic kitchen but even better , it is great for sifting. The sifter holds 3 cups. I make lots of bread and I know sifting flour makes a difference, pop it in the sifter hole over bowl and sift away. If you are mixing dry ingredients , sifting them will give a good distribution of ingredients. Icing sugar is so lumpy to me so I sift it before adding it to the wet ingredients. Three cup is a good size and this Bromwell is perfect, measurements on the side, Nice and clean. Perfect gift for the baker, kitchenware collector or just yourself. Check pics over please!
