Vintage Brooch Glass Floral Dogwood Branch signed West Germany

Beautiful Vintage Brooch in Glass, Floral Dogwood Branch design, signed West Germany. In fantastic condition, no noted flaws. Many items from this area and date range seem to be lucite, but I’m quite sure it’s glass because it has a click to it on the teeth and it feels cool versus room temperature. I am not an expert on vintage jewellery. Measures approximately 2.25” in length
