Vintage Brown Clutch

A vintage brown clutch adorned with beads in the form of spirals and meandering lines along with 2 "V" patterns made up of 4 rows of beads; it has 1 inside pocket. It was probably made in the 1950's based on the look and the fact that it was made in Belgium; after the 50s most outsourcing was done in Japan and Hong Kong until the 1980s. It was made for Simpsons, once an iconic Montreal department store chain that disappeared from Montreal in the late 1980s after about 120 years in business. The clutch is 8 3/4" wide by 4 3/4" tall.
