Vintage Brown Ring Hat with Netting and Gorgeous Orange Flower The fabric feels like wool felt. It is in good used vintage condition with some wear to the netting etc due to use and age.The flower is a little bit shmooshed as so often happens. The stitches gathering the netting at the top are coming loose and need to be secured with a few stitches. I would have done this myself but feel it is a task best done by you so that you may ensure it is sized for your hair sufficiently. The inside circumference measures approximately 19 1/8".
