Vintage Brown Velvet Hat 21" Soft Gathered Ruched 1920s to 50s Simple Elegant

Lovely vintage brown hat made from a soft velvet with gathers giving it a slouched look. The inside has a piece of fabric tape with the name Dunbar written in script. The inner circumference measures approximately 21" around. Suitable to wear with art deco or mid century style outfits. Good used vintage condition with some wear from use and age.
