Vintage Brush Strokes New York hand painted signed pastel clutch bag There appear to be some colour/glue defects that I think were present when it was painted and it might be the sealant they use to waterproof it. Very clean inside, zipper intact and it has loop rings on either end to add a strap 13 inches x 9 inches and has some bend/give on the sides to stretch out to hold more. Priced to sell based on the small defects.
